Dec 15, 2020 · My question is similar: I got my Google Fi LG G7 ThinQ G710ULM back in 2018, and was able to updated to Android 9. In 2019, I switched over to T-Mobile since my phone was already GSM unlocked. Since then I have been stuck on Android 9. OTA update check tells me I am using the latest version, and LG Bridge says the same thing.
